This project, completed in 2025, was done at one of the condominium properties we maintain. The customer requested a pop of color near the entrance sign to enhance curb appeal and also needed to address drainage issues in the same area. Our team removed all the sod around the drain and sign, then prepared and raised the landscape bed with fresh soil. We installed vibrant new plants and finished the area with a layer of mulch for a clean, polished look. To resolve the drainage issue, we placed and compacted stone around the drain, improving both function and appearance.
